John Cooper – Executive Chairman

John Cooper, specializes in the development of early stage businesses. Since the early 90s, he has worked with strong operational management teams, investing personal funds into a variety of start-up businesses, including A-Gas International plc (Gas Distribution), Interactive Investor International plc (Internet Financial Portal), and CoreProcess International plc. John is a Chartered Accountant graduate of Harvard Business School, former Regional Managing Partner of Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young) and Chief Executive of Chesterton International plc.

Rob Love – Chief Product Officer

Rob has accumulated over thirteen years experience in consulting and business development mainly to Financial Services and Telecommunications clients in Southern Africa, formerly with Accenture. He has gained extensive experience with project management, technology, people, process and strategy issues, particularly in the definition of new business opportunities, with both existing companies and new start-ups.

Mitchell Talisman – Chief Technology Officer

Mitchell has spent over 25 years in the fields of software development and technology consulting. He holds degrees from Columbia University in engineering and applied physics. Mitchell oversaw the development of derivatives pricing systems for several Wall St. analytics firms, and created a mobile social networking application for cellphone-based introductions. Prior to joining Rocketseed, Mitchell was VP Engineering at Liberty Travel, where he oversaw all custom software development in use by thousands of travel agents. He is a lifetime resident of New York City.

Richard Walton – Group Sales Director

Richard enjoyed several years managing major international fashion brands in the UK market prior to joining Rocketseed. A retailer at heart and a past owner of 45 strong retail chain, Richard has managed Enterprise sales for the London office for the past 3 years delivering major blue chip clients to the Rocketseed portfolio, and is now responsible for Rocketseed sales and sales strategy worldwide.

Nicolette Rotter – Chief Financial Officer

Nicolette is a Chartered Accountant with a strong international track record. Nicolette worked at Ernst & Young, Credit Suisse, Lloyds TSB, and RBS, and has a wide breadth of experience having worked as: Business Analyst at RBS, Financial Controller at GBM, and Management Accountant at LLoyd’s TSB responsible for structured asset finance and the implementation of Sarbanes Oxley. Based out of Rocketseed’s Cape Town office, Nicolette oversees the Rocketseed finance function.
