The solution delivers three things; consistent branding of all everyday emails sent by staff within an organisation; it allows different interactive messages to be delivered to segmented user groups and thirdly it provides tools that allow deeper understanding of customer and staff behaviour so delivering increased marketing effectiveness.

Job Position: Corporate Sales Consultant in Johannesburg, South Africa

The ideal candidate is a strong individual with excellent people skills with the ability to assist clients with any queries / follow ups, building and maintaining strong relationships, with a keen interest in marketing.

Key Performance Criteria

  1. Source, qualify & build own pipeline independent of leads (includes cold calling)
  2. Schedule, meet & present to new prospects (sometimes at board level)
  3. Produce proposals, agreements and supporting documents
  4. Close new business & achieve or exceed budgeted sales targets for the year
  5. Renew existing client contracts
  6. Document & record sales activities into CRM systems such as Salesforce.com
  7. Establish & maintain strong customer relations
  8. Assist with client hand-over & Account Management
  9. Produce an approved case study or favourable client quote per new deal
  10. Weekly reporting of above functions
  11. Work closely and provide support to Sales Leader

Experience and Education Criteria

  1. Proven sales track record of software products & services with longer sales cycle
  2. Contacts in the Marketing industry (or a specific Channel) would be advantageous
  3. Marketing or B.Comm Diploma (Degree advantageous)
  4. Own transport essential
