Rocketseed International announced today its partnership with Salesforce, the leading product in On Demand CRM, touted as “the iTunes of Business software” by Forbes 2006.
The solution integration is achieved through salesforce.com’s AppExchange, the world’s first online service for browsing, sharing, and installing On-Demand business applications.
“From a technical perspective, this development proves that Rocketseed can integrate into even the largest of infrastructures and has set a solid base for integration into nearly every conceivable data environment out there. Numerous of our clients integrate Rocketseed with the likes of Microsoft products already, but this opens up the whole new world of On Demand applications, of which Salesforce is a leader.” says Cameron Hulett, founding director or Rocketseed.
Gartner inc backs up this view with an in-depth study of on demand applications finding Salesforce at the top of the pile.
“From a Salesforce user perspective, this now enables any user to seamlessly integrate its CRM information with Rocketseed, making setup and maintenance painless. Then Rocketseed feeds back directly into Salesforce all the deep insight it gathers about both employees and clients. This fits into the much sought after single view of sales and support engagements.”
Already Rocketseed has seen a high interest in the combined Rocketseed Salesforce offering, including from salesforce.com itself. The future of delivering best of breed software within a single integrated environment is sure to open up new markets.
