At Rocketseed the integrity and security of your email are our top priority. All our software undergoes a stringent testing regimen to ensure that that branding works as intended, data is kept secure and reports are accurate and complete.
Rocketseed software relies on the specific behavior of individual email clients, such as Microsoft Exchange, or Google’s Gmail, to render the images, text and hyperlinks that comprise the branding correctly. We go to great lengths to ensure that the HTML which encodes the branding is structured to work correctly across the broadest spectrum of most commonly used email programs and web interfaces.
With each new release the RocketSeed branding system is tested against over 20,000 different combinations of mail clients. Messages are sent with and without attachments, with images that reference in some cases and embedded in others. Messages are sent, replied, and forwarded among all combinations of supported mail client programs to ensure that the branding appears correctly in all cases.
Each software release goes through an intensive series of QA gates, both during development, with internal release, and then through a limited beta program before being released for general availability to our customers.
In addition to testing that new features and enhancements perform as specified, we submit the software to a thorough regression test with each release to ensure that prior functionality has been retained correctly.
We ensure that each of our email branding servers is kept up to the most recent patch level for the operating system and third-party components. Our internal software undergoes security audits and thorough penetration testing on a regular basis.
