RocketLink Technical Overview
RocketLink is our powerful and easy to use document delivery system. With RocketLink, you can direct your email recipients to a custom landing page where they can download one or more documents of your choosing. Full tracking capabilities allow you to monitor all aspects of the delivery process.
Technical Details
RocketLink landing pages and documents are hosted on a dedicated Rocketseed server. Once a landing page has been constructed and documents have been added to it, a standardised email message is generated and delivered to each RocketLink user. This email message is tailored for the user, and contain profile information, sender's photo, and other customised details. The RocketLink user can then forward this email to anyone who should be able to see the landing page and download the documents it contains.
The RocketLink email message can be branded the same as any other Rocketseed email, and links within the branding can be tracked just like any others. In addition, when the recipient visits the landing page and downloads any of the documents contained there, an additional tracking alert is recorded, and the sender of the email is notified. In this way, you get immediate feedback each time one of the standard documents is delivered to a recipient.
