RocketRespond Technical Overview
RocketRespond applies the same email branding techniques to your auto-generated messages as to your everyday mail. By routing your machine-generated outbound mail through a RocketSeed server you can get all the benefits of our industry-leading rules-based email branding.
Technical Details
Implementation is very straightforward and requires almost no changes to your existing infrastructure. Simply adjust outbound SMTP settings to deliver your generated confirmation emails (and any other automatically created messages) via a RocketSeed branding engine. Each outbound message will be branding according to whatever rules you determine.
This setup allows you to divide the effort, so one team focuses on the inherent content of the confirmations, while the marketing team can focus on adding value by presenting additional information to the recipient.
