How long does the free trial last?
The free trial period is 14 consecutive days.
What is the minimum number of free trial signature users?
The free trial is for businesses with 50+ users.

How does the free trial work?
The free trial works as follows:
- Upon submitting the free trial form, our sales team will be in touch to discuss your requirements.
- We’ll ask you to sign the terms of usage (it’s important) to get started.
- We work together with your IT team to ensure correct technical set-up.
- We design your signature template and first banner campaign.
- We help you test for 1-2 days and then you’re up and running with Rocketseed.
When does my free trial start?
The free trial starts from the routing of your first email, or use of software, or within 14 days of agreement signature, whichever occurs first.
Which email clients are eligible?
The free trial is only available to companies using Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
Can I cancel my free trial?
You can cancel the agreement at any stage during the 14-day free trial.
What happens at the end of the 14-day free trial?
Leading up to the end of the free trial, Rocketseed will notify you that your free trial is due to end. You have the option to cancel the trial or we’ll simply agree to move forward based on the signed contract from the date of signed agreement.
