Qatar Financial Centre: Turning every email into a consistent, compliant and engaging brand asset
How QFC uses Rocketseed to centrally manage employee email signatures, disclaimers and banner campaigns within a secure, scalable governance framework

The client
Based in Doha, Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) is an onshore business and financial center that supports firms establishing and operating in Qatar. For 20 years, QFC has supported businesses across financial services, legal and professional services, digital technology and other sectors through its distinct legal, regulatory, tax and business environment.
The challenge: manual management couldn’t deliver the control QFC needed
With around 350 employees communicating with clients, prospects, partners and other external stakeholders by email, QFC wanted greater control over its brand, employee information and corporate marketing communications.
Manual processes were time-consuming and resource-intensive, while individually managed signatures introduced the risk of inconsistent branding and inaccurate information.
QFC therefore needed a centralized signature management solution that could:
- Protect the brand with consistent, professionally designed signatures.
- Maintain accurate information by automatically updating employee details.
- Strengthen governance through central control of signatures, disclaimers and campaign content.
- Support security and compliance within its financial services environment.
- Reduce administration by removing reliance on employees to maintain their own signatures.
- Enable faster updates to branding, content across the organization.
- Create marketing opportunities through coordinated campaigns.
The objective was more than standardizing signatures. QFC needed to bring brand consistency, security, governance and operational efficiency together in a solution that could scale within its existing Microsoft 365 environment.
The solution: centralized control with Rocketseed
QFC engaged Rocketseed to manage employee email signatures, disclaimers and banner campaigns, integrating the platform with its existing Microsoft 365 email environment.
Rocketseed gives QFC a single platform for managing the branded elements of employee email. Approved signatures and content can be updated centrally, enabling organization-wide changes to branding, without employees needing to take action.
The platform also brings IT control and Marketing flexibility together. Employee information can be synchronized automatically and campaign banners can be refreshed as corporate priorities change.
Security and compliance: onboarding and beyond
Rocketseed was subject to QFC’s relevant IT, information security and compliance review processes. Key considerations included secure integration with QFC’s Microsoft 365 environment, centralized administration, Microsoft Entra ID integration and appropriate information-security and data-protection controls.
Rocketseed’s ISO 27001 certification provided additional assurance in relation to information security management.
QFC’s deployment uses a dedicated, locked-down server behind its firewall, providing a controlled infrastructure environment for its email branding solution.
Consistent branding, built into every email
QFC created a master email signature aligned with their brand guidelines, including automatically-populated employee contact detail fields.
Accurate employee information, less administration
Rocketseed synchronizes with QFC’s Microsoft Entra ID directory, allowing employee contact information to be populated and maintained centrally within signatures. When employee information changes in the directory, those updates can flow through to signatures automatically.
Centrally managed disclaimers
Using Rocketseed, QFC’s disclaimers are automatically time-stamped and include the email addresses of both the sender and receiver, supporting QFC’s requirements for consistent disclaimer presentation.
Turning employee email into a marketing channel
With the foundations of brand consistency and governance in place, employee email can do more than reinforce corporate identity. It gives QFC’s marketing team an additional channel to communicate corporate campaigns through centrally managed email banners, including:
- “Take your business to the next level”, inviting recipients to explore the commercial opportunities QFC can offer.
- Introducing QFC’s new headquarters, strengthening the brand through an impactful image of the building
Because banners are managed centrally, Marketing can refresh campaign content without asking employees to change their signatures or take any action.
Demonstrating the scale of the opportunity
QFC’s employee email activity illustrates the potential reach of this channel. Over the reporting period from 1 August to 1 September 2026, approximately:
- 190 employees sent branded emails.
- 238,060 branded email impressions were generated.
- 10,400 unique recipients were reached.
These figures demonstrate how everyday business emails can extend QFC’s brand presence across a substantial external audience.
Support beyond the technology
Rocketseed supports QFC with implementation assistance, interface training, account management and technical support sessions scheduled according to availability.
This gives QFC’s Marketing and IT teams access to experienced people who can help them manage the platform confidently, navigate technical requirements and respond to changing business needs.
The results: a stronger brand, greater control and more reach
Rocketseed gives QFC a centralized framework for managing the branded elements of employee email, bringing together consistency, accuracy, governance, operational efficiency and marketing communications.
The benefits include:
- Consistent branding: Centrally managed signatures
- Accurate employee information: Microsoft Entra ID synchronization
- Reduced administration and faster updates: Centralized management reduces routine maintenance and enables organization-wide changes

Managing signatures centrally helps us maintain consistent branding, keep employee information up to date and support our governance requirements, without relying on individual employees to manage their own email signature.”
