Established in 1972, Floorbrite is a leading commercial cleaning and facilities management company in the UK. This multi-million pound family-run business now employs over 1,500 staff and provides a diverse range of services to businesses of all sizes across all industry sectors, continually expanding its offering and geographic reach to meet client needs.
Previously all Floorbrite staff members had to apply their own email signatures which was not only time consuming, but often resulted in incorrect branding, out-of-date contact details and a less-than-professional look.
As the company expanded, and the Floorbrite brand went from strength to strength, it was frustrating for management that they couldn’t get this simple touch point quite right.
There was also a realisation that email signatures could be an effective way to communicate key marketing messages, as long as they could be kept up-to-date to meet clients’ current needs.

The re-brand across all employees was instant and consistent – something that would have been impossible with individual employees responsible for managing their own signatures.
