Stringent security and exceptional support service

Founded in 2010, Performanta is a pioneering cyber security company, protecting its customers via bespoke solutions based on consultation, uncompromising security and value. With 120 staff worldwide, Performanta secures customers across 50 countries from offices in Europe, Africa and the USA.

The Brief

Performanta were looking to brand their emails consistently company-wide, with professionally-designed signatures that they could control centrally.

They also wanted to run email banner campaigns to build their brand and promote their different services, marketing and sales messages.

Crucially, they also needed the ability to deploy Rocketseed on a dedicated server to meet their own technical and security requirements.

The Solution/Campaign

Rocketseed’s Campaign product was the perfect match to meet all of Performanta’s requirements, giving them custom-designed, centrally controlled signatures and also the ability to run segmented, targeted simultaneously run campaigns, and access to full reporting and analytics to measure performance.

With Performanta known fondly as “The Purple Tribe”, our design team worked closely with them to produce eye-catching signatures in their distinctive brand colour that could be used consistently – and controlled centrally – across the business.

In addition to their logo and contact details, the signatures featured a range of interactive social media icons and when, a few months later, changes were required to these icons, Rocketseed simply amended the master signature, thereby updating all employee signatures centrally, immediately and simultaneously.

We also designed campaigns both to build awareness of Performanta’s bespoke approach and to encourage recipients to click-through to book strategy workshops, view videos, register for live demos and book meetings at trade events. With a monthly average of 72,000 branded emails sent to 3,600 unique recipients this was the perfect space to do this!

The company also used campaigns on their internal mail to alert their staff to new technology developments and enable click-through to new training material.

Performanta utilised Rocketseed’s design and support services to brief and load new banner Campaigns. With new banner campaigns every month, we also automated banner ‘go live’ and expiry dates to ensure that the correct campaigns were running at the correct times, making it stress-free for both the company’s marketing and IT departments.
